Riversunderthepavement creator, Liz Ellis is Policy Advisor, Communities and Diversity at Heritage Lottery Fund, London , previously working as  Curator, Community Learning, Tate Modern  from 2006-2014.

‘I am committed to the role of culture as integral in achieving social justice. I do this in collaboration with a wide range of individuals, organisations and international networks.

'I welcome collaborative projects and commissions, including those from arts, education and public health organisations, who share these aims and are looking for project management, research and consultancy. My practice is inter-disciplinary, including adult informal learning and social justice.’

We believe in the arts as core to everyday life,  embracing inexact process  and work in progress. We celebrate collaboration across disciplines without rank.

We seek the central stage for previously overlooked bodies and voices. We promote shared public, social space

We balance utopia and pragmatism in varying measures
